The programme starts with a common first year across all Business Management pathways. This will allow students to make an informed decision about either confirming the pathway chosen on entry or switching to an alternative.

Year 3 (FHEQ Level 6)If students exit at the end of FHEQ Level 6 they will have 360 credits, of which 90 credits will be designated pathway modules.Compulsory modules

Year 4 (FHEQ Level 7)

This year is only for students on the MBus. Students do two compulsory modules, two pathway modules, an applied research project in their chosen pathway and one optional module.

Students exiting at the end of FHEQ Level 7 will have achieved 480 credits of which 195 will be in the designated pathway. To maintain their place on the MBus programme students must achieve a minimum of 60 per cent at each level of the programme.

Students registering on the BSc programme will be allowed to transfer to the MBus programme if they achieve this level.
