Semester II: Law, An Introduction to Property Data Application, Financial Mathematics and Valuation

Semester I & II: Construction Technology A

Year 2 (equates to Year 3 and 4 Part-time)

Semester I: Building Performance, Planning and Property Law, Valuation of Urban Property

Semester II: Creating Real Estate Value, Property Economics and Market Modelling, Real Estate Finance and Appraisal

Year 3 (optional)

Diploma of Professional Practice (DPP) Placement

Year 3 w/o Placement, Year 4 with Placement (equates to Year 5 and 6 Part-time)
