Course introduction: Our Business Management course provides you with opportunities to discover how all organisations are managed, and develop and grow. You'll explore the internal structures and strategies which businesses adopt in response to the key external drivers for change which impact upon them. The modular structure of the course helps you develop an understanding of a wide range of business and management skills and competencies. This practical and applied knowledge equips you very well to take advantage of a broad range of career opportunities on graduation.   

This course is studied part-time at a pace determined by an individualised programme of study that best suits you. As a part-time student you’ll study alongside full-time students with flexibility as to the number of modules you choose to study.

Course programme

Our Business Management course includes the option to undertake a work placement. This gives you valuable industry experience which will enhance your CV and could lead to further employment on graduation. This course offers you excellent employability skills including professional presentation, team working, leadership, communication and problem solving. You’ll learn by a variety of teaching methods including lectures, tutorials and through independent study. What you study An indication of the modules you could study is shown below.
