BA (Hons) Fashion This exciting degree is focused on developing design skills in the context of the mainstream fashion and clothing world.
- Behind the scenes at London Fashion Week: students benefit from the 'sharp end' of design and promotion through involvement behind the scenes with London Fashion week and other similar events.
- Get the attention of buyers: students are taught to visualise their designs as products intended for sale from the outset.
- Learn from professionals: students are taught by nationally and internationally recognised directional fashion practitioners, providing 'inside' knowledge and experience of the fashion world.
The course is designed to develop your creative abilities within an industrial and commercial context so that designing, selling and marketing are all seen as connected creative pursuits.
You will take advantage of the full range of workshops and processes that are available in our new state of the art studios, integrating these techniques into clothing and accessories design and including:
- the latest digital processes
- printmaking
- textiles
- photography
- video

End of year Fashion Show
At the end of each year our students are able to showcase their designs in a full scale fashion show. This year's show took place on a floating catwalk and was a sell-out event. The theme this year was The Elements, and we gave our BA Students the challenge of designing the Goddess of each Element - you can see some of the BA collection at the top of this page.
In your final year, the standard catwalk show is replaced by multi-dimensional promotional events combining innovative live shows, display and multimedia.
