Pregnancy Massage - One Day Course

This course is suitable for therapists who already have a massage qualification (Swedish or Body massage), if you are unsure please contact us.

Pregnancy massage is beneficial in relieving muscle aches/pains and tension, lymph drainage to help reduce swelling in the hands and feet. It can also reduce anxiety during pregnancy and lower blood pressure.
