Bag Making One-Year course (leather work)

First, you will research the function and design, and make rough sketches (10-20 sketches).
Then you will put the design into a pattern.
Cut the pattern paper and compose (putting together with adhesive tape).
Check the size, usage, how it fits the body when held by hand, on shoulder, etc… and adjust the shape and size, checking the overall balance.
Once adjust the original design, you will put final design into pattern, and finally cut the leather.
After cutting the leather according to the pattern, you need to skive the leather, so to adjust the thickness of the leather.
Sew the leather and finish the sewn parts.
Put on accessories, nails, fitting, snaps, ribbons, etc…
Polish the leather for finish.
