Course programme

The Balinese massage is individual as it brings together several alternative medicine practices such as massage therapy, acupressure, and reflexology with the use of Balinese essential oils scented with the striking aromas of lemongrass, jasmine, coconut into a massage treatement. Techniques and strokes are amalgamated from various types of Oriential and Hawian Massage. It strives to reach the ultimate state of relaxation of the body and the mind. Balinese believe that, in order to attain that heightened state of relaxation, blood and oxygen must flow freely and only then will the energy flow without blockages or restraints.
