Course programme
Course Content
Ballet classes to develop posture, alignment, strength and flexibility. General level dance classes are ideal for the mature dance student coming back to the style after a break or for those who are new to the style wanting to gain more understanding of correct placement and the fundamentals of classical technique.
Advanced level ballet classes are more challenging for those with significant academic or vocational professional dance training.
