Course Content:
Introduction to identification of basic car parts and introduction to inspecting and maintaining fluid levels, tyres and lights on vehicles The course covers: Health and Safety Car Maintenance checks Basic vehicle servicing

This is a six week course designed to give owner drivers a basic understanding of vehicle layout and regular maintenance, so no experience is necessary. The course is practical hands on taking place in a purpose built workshop. Students wil need to supply safety boots and overalls. These can be purchased through the Motor Vehicle department upon enrolment and paying course fees. This course is run on demand.
