Description

Le Cordon Bleu is renowned worldwide for its comprehensive collection of recipes and techniques. While cooking classic and contemporary dishes from both the Cuisine and Pâtisserie courses, you will be working in our professionally equipped kitchens, and instructed and encouraged by our LCB Masterchefs.

The dishes taught in this course are taken from our Classic Cycle Superior Cuisine and Patisserie courses to give you the opportunity to cook and sample a menu of professional standard. In the first part of the day, our Masterchef will demonstrate each item on the menu, as taught to our Classic Cycle students, during which the techniques and ingredients will be explained along with step-by-step methods. Then, in the afternoon, you get to cook the menu yourself with the instructions and assistance of your chef!

The menu comprises of a starter, a main course and a dessert.
