Overview:

For those who are new to selling or who have never had any formal sales training or who do not sell in a structured way. This course will highlight the importance of building relationships with customers and understanding their exact requirements.

During the course, delegates develop a personal learning record to help them monitor their goals and areas for further training.

Course Style

This is a full-day course for up to 15 delegates.

  • Understand good selling skills versus poor
  • Understand the steps of the purchase
  • Understand the steps of the sale
  • Be an active listener instead of passive
  • Build rapport
  • Answer typical questions raised by customers
  • Ask for the order
