The three program session are:
»» Program Session 1: (5 day - 35 hours) CPIM Module 1 - Basics of Supply Chain Management
»» Program Session 2: (5 day - 35 hours) CPIM Module 2: Module 2 - Master Planning of Resources, and CPIM Module 3 - Detailed Scheduling and Planning
»» Program Session 3: (5 day - 35 hours) CPIM Module 4 - Execution and Control of Operations, and Module 5 - Strategic Management of Resources.

The course aims to enable understudies to:
1. Understand the various functions within a company (such as purchasing, planning, finance, engineering)
that are linked by the ERP system
2. Improved understanding of your organisation’s supply chain
3. Ability to streamline operations through accurate forecasting
4. Improved knowledge and organisational skills to strategically streamline operations
5. An understanding of how to interact with existing resources and your ERP system
to increase the efficiency of the workplace
