Beginners Bread Making

If you have watched all those televsion programmes which promote the idea of making your own bread at home, now is your chance to get the feel of the dough and develop the skills needed to produce your own tasty loaves. Learn to make delicious traditional loaves such as White Tin, Rustic Brown, Soda. You can achieve great results with guidance from friendly course leader, Linda Dobbs. Advance booking essential, call museum for details or to book. Course fee includes a tasty home-made lunch.

Mill Green Museum runs its bread courses in a friendly relaxed setting.  Group sizes are small so you will be well supported and make new friends whilst learning to make bread.
