This module aims to allow you to critically analyse and evaluate the bioscientific knowledge base of your practice, by addressing key issues in anatomy, physiology, pathology and pharmacology. There are five study days, covering the cell and principles of pharmacology, pain and analgesia, microbiology, nutrition and wound healing.  The development of these skills can then be utilised to critically examine your practice, promote change in light of bioscientific evidence and develop and lead on quality improvement strategies.......................................................................................................................................................................This is a Nursing Studies top-up degree programme module.
