Our Biological Sciences course gives you plenty of optional modules, so you can study many different branches of biology. In addition, the year in industry ensures you graduate with relevant work experience, putting you one step ahead of other graduates.
Our school has world class academics and some of the best facilities in the country. The majority of learning will take place in lectures, seminars, practical lab classes and fieldwork, providing you with invaluable contact time with lecturers, while learning through direct experience. During your year in industry, you’ll be supported by both an industrial supervisor and a mentor from the university. This course also has Advanced Accreditation from the Royal Society of Biology as it contains a significant research element, preparing you to become a pioneer in your field.
