AS and A Level Biology will enhance your understanding and appreciation of living organisms, how they function and interact with one another.
You will study, discuss and research issues in the news with a focus on aspects of the ‘Living World’ such as Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biodiversity and the Physiology of Body Systems. Activities include the planning of experiments and collection of data, the analysis of experimental results and the drawing of conclusions.
You will require 5 GCSEs at Grades A*- C including English Language, B Grade in Maths and Science/Additional Science at B/BB or above.
