This two day course for Laboratory Technicians will give them the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the BIOMET 3i CAD/CAM technologies available for fixed and removable denture solutions. The course will provide the delegates with a comprehensive insight into the CAM StructSURE® process, from impression stage to competently completing all laboratory stages of a Screw Retained Hybrid Denture. During the hands on session delegates will perform all the required steps to fabricate a screw retained hybrid denture and will be able to take away their own milled bar.

• Pouring Soft Tissue Models.
• Verification jig fabrication and design.
• Setting up on the verification jig.
• Designing and Ordering of the CAM StructSURE® Bar.
• Transferring the teeth to the CAD/CAM frame.
• Gum contouring.
• Process and packing.
