Course programme

'Bistro' is a bar or small restaurant where relaxing dining takes place. Cuisine tends to be French or Mediterranean. On this course, students will produce the type of food served in these places, such as: - Twice baked Roquefort Souffles (starter) - Trout filled with Pine nut and herb rice (Main Course) - Cardamom Creme Caramel (Pudding) You will be able to cook a variety of starters, main courses and desserts. A College Certificate will be awarded on request.You will learn through demonstration followed by practical session.
