2. Course description Suitable for all body shapes, sizes and abilities. Bollywood Dance is an energetic mix of modern and traditional styles. Bollywood Dance is a great way to keep fit and have fun to traditional bollywood music. The diverse moves will encourage an all over body exercise that will promote flexibility and strength. Each session will consist of a warm up, exploring dance moves to music and finishing with a cool down period. By the end of the course participants will have learnt the dance steps to two Bollywood songs.
