Bread Making 2- an alteration to the successful Bread Making- An introduction course offered at West Lothian College.


This course will include making a variety of breads using a range of different flours ; white ,brown, wholemeal, granary and germ meal. You will also make speciality breads — e.g., baguettes, focaccia, ciabatta, pizza, milk, multi grained, rye, cobs, plaits or bloomers and dinner rolls.
