This course is led by Mel Curran, a 5th generation baker and qualified teacher. The Lush Cake Co. makes artisan breads every day. Whether you are an enthusiastic home baker looking to enrich your knoweldge and skills or a professional chef or baker, looking to expand your repetoire this course is suited to you.
The course is hands on from the start. You will learn about sourdoughs, cold ferments and how to flavour doughs. All course materials are provided. You will leave with a range of your own baked goods and new skills to bring to your own repetoire.
This course is a prerequisite to the Sourdoughs course.
