Overview At a glance This qualification is suitable for autonomous individuals who identify and apply project management skills and knowledge in a wide variety of contexts. Job titles for these roles may include contracts officers, project administrators, quality officers and small business operators. Individuals in these roles might be members of a project team, with no direct responsibility for overall project outcomes. Primarily, these roles would support wider project operations. They may use project tools and methodologies selectively to support organisational or business activities. Application Mode Distance Courses/Units Nine (9) units must be successfully completed - three (3) core units and six (6) Project Management electives. This course is available by Distance Education.
Offered online with trainer support by weekly online Blackboard tutorials, email and telephone. Distance students require self-motivation and must have 4 - 6 hours per week available for study for each unit. Because this course is self-paced students need reasonably good literacy skills to read and follow text books. Basic numeracy skills are also required.
You will have 12 weeks in which to complete each unit. You may do more than one unit at a time, or overlap your enrolment in units.
