Overview
The BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing degree course at the University of West London offers a rewarding and challenging career, enabling you to make a real difference to people's lives. You will work with adults of all ages, who may have one or more long or short-term physical/mental health conditions.

These could include:
- heart disease
- arthritis
- dementia
- diabetes
- cancer
- injuries (caused by an accident, for example).

As a student studying adult nursing you will achieve a BSc (Hons) Nursing and become registered as an Adult Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Changes to Funding Arrangements
Funding for pre-registration nursing courses has changed. From the 1st August 2017 new nursing students in England will take out maintenance and tuition loans like other students, rather than getting an NHS grant. For more information see the student funding information provided by the Council of Deans of Health.
