Podiatrists are highly skilled professionals, able to both diagnose and treat problems affecting the feet and lower limbs.



Working in clinical simulation laboratories, and using the latest gait analysis equipment, you will learn how to devise and manufacture orthotics to help patients, and to diagnose and manage problems affecting the feet and lower limbs.



Completion of this degree leads to eligibility to apply for registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).



Employment opportunities can include work in hospitals, primary care trusts, private practices, high street retail outlets and podiatry in sports injury centres.
