About this course

You will be assessed on Unit 5: Computer Systems & Unit 8: IT Fault Diagnosis and Remedy. Supplied resources also cover CompTIA A+ 220-901 & 220-902 Objectives.

Anyone wishing to demonstrate skills & knowledge in Computer Hardware, Software & IT Support. Our extensive preparation material makes this course suited for beginners or experienced professionals.

There are no entry requirements. Our youngest candidate has been 14 with our eldest being over 80 years old. Some basic computer knowledge is helpful.

BTEC Certificate in ICT Systems & Principles Level 2

Course includes access to a 'Live Lab' environment, providing access to real remote systems when you need them. You will have full control over a network containing systems running Windows 7, 10, Server 2012, Linux and More.

Assessments are conducted remotely. This will be a mix of assignments submitted via the online learning interface and short video clips to document your practical work.
