Are there any entry requirements?
This course is ideal for drivers of Black Cab and Private Hire vehicles. Although the BTEC Award covers the knowledge needed by the new Taxi or Private Hire Driver it is equally appropriate for assessing the current knowledge of experienced drivers. There are no formal entry requirements for this course.

Carriage of luggage and parcels
Route planning
Taxi and Private Hire regulations

You will learn through a combination of classroom based sessions, group activities and support from your tutor. All learning materials will be provided.
