Overview

The course focuses on the forensic aspects of biological, chemical and physical sciences alongside complementary uinits in criminal psychology and criminology.

You will develop practical and deductive reasoning skills, as you study aspects of forensic science.

The course includes:

  • working in the science industry,
  • criminal investigation procedures,
  • genetics and genetic engineering,
  • forensic fire investigation,
  • forensic photography,
  • statistics for science technicians,
  • criminology,
  • criminal psychology,
  • chemical laboratory techniques.
