Course Content:
You will learn and be assessed on the following: 1 - The different sectors of the Travel and Tourism industry. 2 - How to deliver excellent customer service. 3 - How to plan and run events. 4 - Job search and employment skills. 5 - Planning holidays to meet customer needs. 6 - Marketing skills and promoting products.
The course involves various trips to local/national tourist attractions for which there may be a charge. Further details will be provided at the interview stage.
Progression:
On successful completion of this course, learners may progress onto the BTEC National Diploma in Travel and Tourism or gain employment in the Travel and Tourism industry.
