The Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management programme is designed to prepare learners for a range of careers within the Hospitality Industry, specialising on careers in the culinary arts and catering sector.
This 2 year programme is designed to equip learners with the skills, knowledge and history of hospitality management, preparing candidates to either enter the industry or progress within their existing roles. Whilst it is not a formal requirement, working within the industry would be an advantage. All learners will undertake industry based assignments. Homework or private study is required.
