You will study a range of subjects including:
Starting work in Business, Retail and Administration;
Working in Business, Retail and Administration; and
Introducing Customer Service.

You will not need any specialist equipment for this course.

How long & often do I attend?
The course runs for one year and requires your attendance throughout the week.

How will I be assessed?
All units are assessed by coursework.

What opportunities will this lead to?
You can progress to Level 2 BTEC First qualification in Business or into employment.
