Course Content:
The course consists of 8 units/areas of study, these are: Developing skills in the Performing Arts, Starting Work in the Performing Arts, Working in the Performing Arts, Personal Effectiveness, Social Responsibility at work, Performance Administration, Individual Repertoire and Showcase, Showing Your Work.

The qualification is assessed internally except for two units which are externally assessed.

Progression:
Successful students can progress onto any of these courses: BTEC First Diploma in Performing Arts (Performance) BTEC First Diploma in Performing Arts (Acting) Or students can use there acquired skills to gain employment.
