You will also work towards improving your English and Maths skills through a GCSE or Functional Skills.This is a full time Level 1 Applied Science qualification. It provides a good foundation in science and a progression route into the Applied Science or any other Science related course at Level 2 such as Engineering, Health and Social Care or Sport. However in order to be recommended to go onto these courses you must show your teacher that you are up to Level 2 work by submitting high quality assignments by the deadline.
