CCTV training is not only an essential element for those monitoring public space using CCTV equipment; it can also lead to large savings for any company that has CCTV in Operation. The CCTV training course is lead by our specialist trainer who has for many years been involved in monitoring CCTV equipment and individuals through Private Investigations and Surveillance. The ability for a CCTV Operator to follow correct procedures whilst remaining within the Law is an essential factor in safeguarding the public and also succesful identification and prosecution of criminals.
Who is the course for?
For those currently working as, or wishing to begin work as, a CCTV Operator. On successful completion of the CCTV Training course and passing the required examinations delegates will be able to apply for an SIA licence as a CCTV Operator.

How long is the course?
The course is usually delivered over 4 consecutive days however a more flexible option is available for group bookings.
What does the course involve?
Delegates must complete and pass both units 1 and 2 as outlined below. Success will achieve a Level 2 Award in CCTV operations and allow delegates to apply for their SIA licence. The course requires you to undertake the role of a CCTV operator where you will track, log and report activities on a suspect or activity.
