The aim of the course is to provide you with an introduction into the exciting world of fashion. You will learn about the influences in fashion, where your design ideas come from and how to develop them into a final outcome.
Throughout the course you will learn about the design process, surface and textile design for fashion, fashion illustration, pattern cutting and garment manufacturing. You will also learn about the historical and contextual influences on fashion trends, how to develop your design ideas and promote them to an intended audience.
