Course Description:
This is a practical, work related course. over two years, with projects and assignments based on workplace situations, activities and demands encountered in professional performance and production.

Description Breakdown:
The course is made up of 18 units, six core and 12
specialist. Core units: performance workshop, performing arts
in context, performing arts business, rehearsing and
performing. Specialist units: acting, devising, improvisation,
audition technique, classical theatre performance, contemporary theatre performance, voice, musical theatre, movement, theatre in education. Learn about the creative industries and develop the skills you need to start a career. It is equivalent to three A levels. The second year of the course gives opportunities to perform at the Upper Brown Street Theatre.
