Course Description:
Aimed at those wishing to enter a career in Telecommunication Computer Systems Engineering, maintenance, management of computer equipment and networks or data communications technologies such as satellites, fibre optics and the internet.

Description Breakdown:
The course is made up of study modules based on conventional BTEC subjects with the addition of specialist computer-based modules eg, networking, PC fault analysis, communication engineering + programming, computer hardware, networking + software development. It is intended to provide you with as much practical and hands-on experience as possible. Assessment is through coursework assessments, practical assignments, mid-term phase tests and module examinations.
