You will be asked to complete an initial assessment and informal interview to decide if this is the right level course for you. You must meet Numeracy and Literacy at Level 2. Have 4 GCSEs C or equivalent, Including English and Maths as well as an interest in the Travel and Tourism industry.

Course Content:
Investigating Travel and Tourism. The Business of Travel and Tourism. The UK as a Destination. Customer Service in Travel and Tourism. Retail and Business Travel Operations and Preparing for employment in the travel and tourism industry .

The course is a BTEC programme which is a portfolio based programme with no exams, however a work placement and trips will form a large part of the programme.

Progression:
Progression on to the BTEC National Certificate in Travel and Tourism or into employment.
