All students require protective clothing and equipment, new students will be sent an order form prior to the staff of the course.
Work experience in both years.
DeliveryThe course is delivered over 2 years and includes a work placement of approximately three weeks in each year and a European study tour, costing approx. £300.
AssessmentContinuous internal assessment of assignment/project work and practical skills throughout the course.
CIEH additional qualification - 30 multi choice question exam.
Practical assessment on Work Placement.
ProgressionA BTEC National Certificate offers direct progression onto an honours or foundation degree programme.
