Course Description
The course is taught over two years and you will study 18 modules that are linked to the Public Services in a mixture of theoretical and practical situations.During the course you will also study Maths, English and IT and have the opportunity to meet and visit various Public Services, including the Army, Navy, RAF, members of the Police Force and the Fire and Rescue Service.

Entry Requirements
At least 5 GCSEs at Grade C, one of which must be English. Or Level 2 skills/craft qualification (eg NVQ 2 or relevant work experience).

Assessment: The course is assessed through a number of different assessment methods, which include essays, presentations, practical demonstrations, witness testimonies and log books.

Progression Routes: On to University or to a possible career as an Army Soldier, Youth Worker, Customs and Excise Officer, Firefighter, Royal Navy, Police Officer, Prison Officer or Royal Air Force (RAF).
