I have been trying for a long period of time to learn how manage my diabetes but with no success. My diabetes used to cause me a lot of exhaustion and physical fatigue, and continuous appetite while I’m at work. You have aided me to put some muscle on, and I have noticed a much better and fuller shape after the course. I am very happy that I have achieved my goal and built muscles but in a healthy way without the use of any protein shakes or supplements. Now I can control better my diabetes, I have learnt the impact of different food groups on my blood sugar and how to adjust my insulin injections according to my eating. I have so much more energy and I feel much better of myself, I don't feel tired anymore.
