  • Building rapport and empathy with your target audience
  • Barriers to communicating confidently
  • Identifying the barriers that can "disable" us
  • Understanding the impact we can have on others
  • Using words that have impact, expressing commitment and passion, speaking assertively, reducing jargon, and moderating the information flow to avoid "waffle".
