  • This highly interactive programme will identify these important techniques and enable you to practice them in a 'safe environment'.
  • In addition, you will also have an opportunity to understand your preferred influencing style, and how to use it to best effect with other, perhaps different styles.

  • Recognise the different strategies used to exert power and influence
  • Identify the key skills used by those who are effective 'persuaders'
  • Recognise 4 different communication styles (Social Style) used to influence others and identified your own preferred style
  • Recognise the strengths and limitations of your style of influence and identified ways to fine tune your approach to appeal to the listener or audience
  • Identify ways of resolving disagreements effectively
  • Develop a range of skills to win people over including;
    - Building rapport
    - Developing empathy
    - Using words and phrases that have impact
