Course Objectives

Our Business Analysis Essentials training course available from March 2009 is fully aligned with the ISEB syllabus and is currently awaiting accreditation by the British Computer Society (BCS). This course is one of the core courses leading to the widely respected Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) Diploma in Business Analysis. The course is aimed at people interested in pursuing the ISEB Certificate in Business Analysis Essentials. At the end of the course delegates can take their ISEB exam in Business Analysis Essentials.

Delegates wishing to pursue the ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis path may also attend our Modeling Business Processes or the Organisational Context courses.

In order to achieve the ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis delegates must take a one hour oral exam directly with British Computer Society (BCS) following successful completion of the 3 core and 1 optional module.

Delegates will learn how to apply a range of strategic analysis and performance management techniques. During the course the delegates are encouraged to apply business analysis techniques within a defined framework.

For people looking to get into the industry we recommend our Business Analysis Workshop as this is designed to equip you with the necessary skills you need to hit the ground running and easily integrate into a project team.

Our consultants are experienced Business Analysts with extensive hands-on experience in the industry. They, therefore, have a wealth of real-life project examples and exercises as well as the ability to confidently answer questions that might relate to projects or scenarios outside the scope of the course.
