Business Analysis Essentials

The Metadata Training Business Analysis Essentials Course was a great overview of the industry. The tutor made the course material even more relevant by drawing on his own high level experience of Business Analysis, and that of others in the group.
As the course was completed over a weekend I was able to gain the qualification without taking any time out of the office.
The supportive small group setting meant I was able to put new ideas learnt straight into practice in the workplace.
My employer was delighted with the results of the course, and the real efficiency gains we were able to achieve after the course. I have since been able to influence the direction of transformation reviews in my organisation to include elements of the Soft Systems Methodology as well as our existing Lean Thinking. The course was great value, much cheaper than hiring in consultants, and the knowledge is now invested within the team.
