What will I learn?
This course is a practical, work related course which will help you to gain a thorough understanding of the world of business. It provides knowledge and understanding of a wide range of business activities such as exploring business purposes, developing customer relations, business communication, starting up a small business, investigating financial control and people in organisations. All learners will study key skills, communication, numeracy and information technology. You will also study Spanish or French or English.

How will I be taught?
This course is taught in a classrooms through workshops, guest speakers and visits.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through assignments, exams and portfolio work.

What could I do next?
You could progress to BTEC National Award in Business, AAT NVQ in Accounts Level 2 or OCN Access another Level 3 course within the College.
