Business Chinese

This 20 hour one-off course is designed as a practical introduction to Chinese.

It has been designed for business people who visit China for work or who work with Chinese companies. The course concentrates on speaking Chinese while introducing the phonetic script known as Pinyin.

In addition to learning basic and useful Chinese expressions to use while in China the course vocabulary will introduce useful words and phrases to use in business meetings, banquets and when hosting or being hosted.

This course is also suitable for students who wish to have a taste of the language before going into a more structured course.

Students who wish to continue with their studies after completing Business Chinese would be advised to enroll in a Chinese 1 class on either an intensive or standard course.
