Aim:

This programme introduces your workforce to the concepts of lean manufacturing. Since this is often their first exposure to this type of methodology, the programme provides an understanding of what lean is, its origins and the benefits and opportunities it creates in a way which allays any fears they may have. It encourages them to understand that they themselves can get involved in making their own working experience better, more productive and more secure.
