The following modules will be covered in the programme:

  The module that develops the knowledge on fundamental business processes and its management. Along with much needed tutoring, participants will be well exposure to the reality of real business management experience through our state of art delivery technique.


• Business Process Mapping
  The knowledge gain from this module will be the core to the understanding process flow in any business activities. Having acquired the knowledge, participants can expect to be transformed in the way they view the business processes and its operation.


• Introduction to Business Process Modelling, Analysis and Design
  A module that will build participants confident to their working ethos, enabling them to have a critical view and thinking on their current operation model and design.


• Managing a Business Process Project
  A module with variety of in-class and project management activities leading to maximum exposure on project management techniques and skills.
  
• Strategies for Managing Human Organisation
  A specialist module that is design based on humanistic approach to engage in professional relationship at workplace. Design to enable teamwork, communication skill and many more.
