CACHE L3 Diploma in Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator)

Do you want to work with children between birth and five years? This programme is ideal for anyone who has a genuine interest in the development of young children in their care, play and education. It will also give you knowledge of child development up to the age of seven years. Upon achievement of this qualification it is intended that learners will be able to enter the workforce as Early Years Educators.
You will achieve a Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator).
You will learn through a range of activities carried out in your work placement and through College based classes. You will also be expected to carry out home based study.
To gain this qualification the learner will need to:
• Pass all units
• Complete a longitudinal study
• Show competence in a real work environment
