Cake pops are basically just a fun and delightful cake on a stick and they are the latest craze to reach the UK from the US.

Our cake pop workshops are perfect for beginners and intermediates where you will create fabulous designs to ‘wow’ your family and friends. You will leave with a wealth of knowledge, a variety of techniques and a handful beautiful and delicious cake pops designed and decorated by you.

You will learn:

• Preparation of the cake pop sponge for dipping.
• Preparation of the candy melts or chocolate for dipping.
• Dipping the cake pops.
• Edible decorations.
• How to package your cake pops.

Special Requirements

Additional Equipment - Students will be expected to bring their own equipment or purchase some tools prior to attending the course as well as bringing materials and ingredients.

A full list will be provided

You will need to bring an apron/overall for all sessions. Please feel free to bring your own camera along to take photographs of the tutor demonstrations and your own handy work on the day!
